Caitlin can cook?

The big joke around here is that Philip does a better job in the cooking department than Caitlin. She proudly says that she can cook cereal and toast, while Philip can make eggs, french toast, mac n cheese, and choc chip cookies. Can't wait for Thanksgiving at her house in a few years! ;) But, it turns out when summer is here and there isn't a lot going on, she actually has the inclination to make things - AND - they turn out! Caitlin wanted to make pretzels, so we found the recipe that she made back when she was in kindergarten. They turned out beautifully - and she made them 100% by herself! Now we know there should be no excuses. Thanksgiving 2020 might not be so bad afterall!
