So what does one have to do to become a Flowing Wells Junior High School Building Block for January? Whatever it is I am sure that Caitlin did it well. Your kids do everything well.
I should have mentioned that! You just have to be an all around nice person who is doing your work and being a responsible human being. Teachers nominate you and then one person is picked out of the four to go be recognized by the district. That is the 1st person on the marquee.
